Job summary

Methodist-Retirement-Communities is seeking a CN A for evening/night PRN shifts to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a household care setting. The role focuses on supporting daily living activities, dining experiences, and social programming for seniors.

Ideal candidates will have a Texas CNA certification preferred or relevant memory care experience, and demonstrate a commitment to aging populations and basic computer skills to document care and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas CNA certification preferred or memory unit experience.
• Experience with aging population and ability to learn computer skills.
• Evening/night PRN shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth.
• Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment.
• Assist with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation.
• Assessment and implementation of programming mirroring normal life activities of residents.
• Support residents' sense of community life and upkeep of personal living space.
