Zusammenfassung

Kaplan Estates is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents, performing ADLs and basic tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses. This full-time daytime role runs 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with rotating every other weekend, and PRN positions are also available.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with mobility to prevent falls, support engagement in daily activities, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in line with infection control protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Must have MA CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe changes to report to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning and assisting with mobility to prevent falls.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights.

$18.50 - $20.50/hour, based on experience

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.
