Cohen Florence Estates is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for the overnight shift 11:00PM–6:00AM. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health needs, and supporting licensed nurses to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The position requires MA CNA or HHA certification and fluent English communication. We offer comprehensive benefits and a welcoming, resident-centered team environment.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding; promote dignity and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights to ensure comfort and safety.

$19.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications for Success:

• Must have a current MA CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
