Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Mansfield, OH, is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities. The RA helps with personal hygiene, dressing, meals, housekeeping, and social activities while supporting the nursing team. We value compassionate care, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current CNA or STNA certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementias preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team.
• Able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support social and recreational activities and meal services.
• Collaborate with nursing and other staff to support resident well-being.
• Communicate with residents' families as needed.
