Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities. The RA supports hygiene, dressing, meals, and recreation, and collaborates with the nursing team to promote well-being.

Qualifications include CNA/State-TA certification, CPR/First Aid, and knowledge of dementia care. Weekend/holiday shifts are required; opportunities exist for full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day/evening/night rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current CNA or State-TA certification per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification current per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and related memory impairments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily living activities.
• Support residents in social-recreational activities and mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to promote resident well-being.
