Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide daily living assistance to residents in Mechanicsville, VA. The role involves helping with activities of daily living, reporting concerns, and supporting the care team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, complete a state-approved PCA program, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and work well with all levels of staff.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and transporting residents.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean resident areas.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Follow confidentiality policies for resident information.
