Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide compassionate daily living assistance in our Mechanicsville community. You will help with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and participate in resident activities while adhering to community policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an approved PCA program. Strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and assist in lifting/transferring residents.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and concerns to appropriate individuals.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Support move-in transitions for new residents.
