Job summary

PACS seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, adhere to authorized abbreviations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Duties include assisting with daily activities, recordings, and ensuring warmth and safety in the unit. You will also help prepare residents for tests, monitor vitals, and maintain a calm, respectful environment while following facility policies and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals.
• Record entries accurately and promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Provide daily nursing care as per care plan and facility policies.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and respect privacy.
• Ensure rooms and supplies are ready for residents.
• Assist with transfers, transport, and positioning.
• Observe for skin breakdowns and report injuries.
