Job summary

Prairie Heights Healthcare MRSH Aberdeen, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans and supervisor direction.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before treatments, recording accurately, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, assisting with daily activities, documenting intake, and supporting a calm, warm environment across shifts in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA as per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident’s care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care to ensure comfort and safety.
