Job summary

Pine Meadows Post Acute is seeking a dedicated nursing assistant to support residents with daily activities, monitor condition changes, and communicate observations to the Nurse Supervisor. You will help with calling systems, mobility, hygiene, meal assistance, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience must possess a minimum of an 8th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information and write reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse any changes in resident condition promptly.
• Answer call bells promptly and assist with resident needs and mobility.
• Maintain orderly resident rooms and common areas and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Greet residents, escort them to rooms, and help with daily activities as directed.
• Follow exposure control policies and keep equipment and supplies properly stored.
