You will answer call bells, assist with daily living activities as directed, maintain clean rooms, assist with equipment, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. This role requires kindness, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, especially during meals, and assist with resident-related tasks.
• Assist with errands and secretarial tasks at the nursing station as requested.
• Maintain orderly resident rooms and common areas; straighten closets and belongings.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and outdoor areas as needed.
• Provide residents with Reality Orientations as instructed and assist with feeding duties.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse and document appropriately.
