Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center in Roseville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s care plan.

Responsibilities include accurate patient identification, reporting changes to nurses, assisting with daily activities, maintaining clean rooms, recording intake and vitals, and supporting residents with dignity and compassion in a low-noise environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and nursing notes.
• CPR certification is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering care using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Keep rooms clean and labeled; transport residents between areas as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any privacy breaches.
