Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to nursing staff.

The role requires following policies, maintaining confidentiality, and helping residents with daily activities as trained. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate care within a structured facility environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to assessment and care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation on flow sheets and charts.
• Ensure resident room is ready and comfortable for admission or transfer.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information at all times.
