Job summary

The PACS organization seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per their care plans and under supervision. You will assist with daily activities, identify residents before procedures, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining confidentiality, and following safety policies for exposure to blood and body fluids. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts with clear, descriptive notes.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Assist with daily resident care and respond to calls promptly.
