TowerLight Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN, is seeking a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal care and support for residents in our memory care and assisted living environment. On-site role with on-the-job training and a 48-hour biweekly schedule.

Responsibilities include daily living support, health-related tasks under RN supervision, medication assistance, and safety reporting. Schedule includes day shift 6:00am-2:00pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation, with a

• Less than 1 year of related care experience.
• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines).
• If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry and the site must manage restrictions that they are not able to pass medications or operate a mechanical lift independently.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care Assistance: bathing, nail care, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, helping with hearing aids/glasses, transfers with lifts.
• Health-Related Support: assist with treatments under RN supervision, administer or assist with medications, record vital signs.
• Daily Living Support: assist with laundry, cleaning, meals, and resident activities.
• Resident Observation & Reporting: monitor changes, communicate with staff, contribute to care planning, report concerns.
• Emergency Response: respond to resident needs and emergencies per protocols.
