Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal care, assist with medications under nurse supervision, and support residents’ well-being in the Assisted Living unit. Qualifications

• Strong communication and empathy when caring for seniors.
• Ability to work well in a team and support coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Under nurse supervision, provide health-related services including passing medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Support with laundry, meal service, and daily activities; observe and report changes.
• Assist with onboarding of new staff and communicate resident needs to the care team.
