Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.

• Must be on the MN NA registry if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares like bathing and dressing.
• Provide health-related services as directed by the RN.
• Administer medications under the RN's direction.
• Conduct specified home services such as laundry.
• Prepare for and facilitate resident social activities.
• Observe residents and report statuses.
• Serve as a mandated reporter for concerns.
