Benedictine Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care and daily living support to residents in our community in the Duluth, MN area.

You will assist with daily activities, maintain residents' living environments, document observations, and help onboard new Associates. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
