Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for night shifts in Duluth, MN. You will support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and help onboard new Associates, delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

This part-time role offers meaningful work, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to grow within a community-focused organization; evenings and weekends required per block schedule, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• BLS Certification required.
