Job summary

Benedictine in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Resident Assistant to help residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and provide compassionate support. You will build meaningful relationships and assist with onboarding of new associates while ensuring safety and dignity.

A strong communicator with English proficiency and the ability to multitask is required; BLS certification is preferred. Training in medication administration is provided.

Qualifications

• Provides observations and documentation of residents.
• Supports residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue.
