BLC Byron Madonna Summit in Byron, MN seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to maintain a caring, empowering environment.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new associates, and collaborate with a dedicated team under Benedictine-affiliated ministry partners. No CNA required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
