Job summary

Benedictine Living Senior Care is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

You will work with a dedicated team, observe and document care activities, assist with onboarding new Associates, and contribute to a culture built on hospitality, respect and service.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
