Job summary

Benedictine invites applications for a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a community setting. You will help maintain residents' personal environments, document observations, and assist with onboarding of new Associates.

Requirements include completing medication administration training, being 18+ to operate lift equipment, and strong English communications. A robust benefits package is offered to eligible associates.

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
