Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help maintain a comfortable living environment. The role emphasizes compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with residents.

The RA will document observations, assist with onboarding new associates, and complete required medication administration training. Excellent communication and English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks independently.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
