Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Russell, KY is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care on a PRN basis across all shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities in a warm, caring environment.

We value compassion, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, and routine housekeeping while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and perform basic math and verbal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:
