Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities in Tennessee is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in memory care. You will perform ADL assistance, meal support, and daily care tasks in a compassionate, patient environment designed to enhance wellness and quality of life.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain reliable attendance. A 1st shift schedule is provided, with opportunities for development and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making and other care duties.
• Help with meals and snacks and related setup and feeding.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean environment.
