Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant/CNA for the 3rd shift in Tennessee. You will support residents with activities of daily living, meals, and personal care in a secure, compassionate memory care setting.

Ideal candidates show empathy, reliability, and a professional, caring demeanor daily, contributing to a dignified quality of life for residents and teamwork with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making, and other care duties
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
• Housekeeping duties as necessary

We Are Looking For

Resident Assistants/CNAs Are Expected To Accomplish Tasks Outside Of Their Normal Assignments Whenever Necessary To Maintain a Quality Care Environment For Our Residents. As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, Resident Assistants Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a Resident Assistant Can Include
