Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, grooming, and mobility in a compassionate, dignity-first environment. This role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• May include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:
