Our most successful resident assistants are people who. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude who enjoy caring for others, have reliable transportation, and can read and write.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age and able to read and write.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Can-do attitude and care for others.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.
