Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care. The role supports daily living activities, including personal care and mealtime assistance, in a secure, compassionate environment.

The position offers 1st or 3rd shift, with opportunities to engage in meaningful resident activities and teamwork with caring staff. We value reliability, a can-do attitude, and a passion for caring for seniors.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity; this may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; setup, service and feeding as necessary.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
