Job summary

Village Shores, Richfield, MN, part of the Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living and dignity. The role emphasizes compassionate care and a resident-centered approach.

Pay is $18–$22 per hour with shift options from 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6:30am; weekends and occasional holidays required. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, life and disability coverage, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in assisted living or health care preferred.
• CNA or TMA license preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
