Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville, part of Silvercrest Communities, seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support our residents daily. You will help with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders while promoting dignity and independence in a vibrant senior living community.

We offer FT and PT PM shifts, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team. If you are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and want to make a meaningful difference, apply today—we usually respond within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
