Job summary

Esplanade Gardens in Converse, TX is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living tasks and mobility. You will treat each resident with dignity, provide personal care, assist with medications, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer FT and PT roles with schedules 2:00p-10:00p or 10:00p-6:00a, competitive pay $13–$15.05/hour plus experience credit, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
• CNA license preferred.
