Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant at Red Cedar Canyon to support residents with daily living activities and companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

You will participate in personal care, mobility support, and medication assistance while fostering emotional well-being and meaningful daily interactions. A friendly team and stable shifts help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience or willingness to learn in a senior living setting.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to residents.
• CBRF certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being through meaningful interactions.
• Help bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care.

What You'll Do:
