Ascension Living St. Francis Place in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Office Operations professional for day shift, full-time schedules. You will help recruit residents, coordinate admissions and discharges, and manage census data to support smooth operations.

You will market to partners in hospitals, home care and hospice, oversee tours, and ensure accurate placement and high customer satisfaction in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified clients/residents from various sources up to facility capacity and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Market to hospitals, home care, hospice, community and social media; develop a marketing plan.
• Oversee tours, inquiries, census data, and provide placement assessment for residents.
• Assist daily operations; ensure readiness of rooms and tour route.
• Support continuous quality improvements and customer satisfaction for residents, families and staff.
