Qualifications

LVN or RN license preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage admissions process to ensure a positive experience for residents, families and supporting staff.
Plan, direct and monitor the daily operations of the Admissions Department to meet census goals.
Admit patients to the health care facility and screen against admission criteria.
Coordinate with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals and admissions.
Maintain bed availability records and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
Attend daily stand-up meetings and maintain professional relationships with internal teams.
