Lakeview Post Acute in Florissant, MO is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process and support facility census goals. You will admit patients, screen against criteria, and coordinate with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals and ensure a positive experience for residents and families.

The role requires education in health care, relevant admissions experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field preferred.
• Two years admissions experience preferred.
• LVN or RN license preferred.
