The role requires expertise in healthcare admissions, high energy, and excellent communication to collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for senior care and helping residents and families.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare admissions processes, screenings, paperwork, and insurance verification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume admissions environment.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Admissions Management: coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting.
• Relationship Building: develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and referral sources.
• Marketing and Outreach: represent the facility at events, networking opportunities, and tours.
• Team Collaboration: work with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Reporting: prepare and analyze weekly admissions and referrals reports.
