FutureCare Health & Management in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Admissions Concierge to welcome residents and families and guide them through the admissions process with professionalism and compassion.

The role blends customer service, administrative duties, and admissions coordination, collaborating with the Admissions Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions and a positive first impression.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills, with a hospitality-focused approach to assisting residents, families, and visitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to learn other office systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, manage interruptions, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team; HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, referral sources.
• Conduct facility tours and provide a positive hospitality experience for prospective residents and their families.
• Assist with pre-admission paperwork, referral processing, and coordination of admission arrangements.
• Monitor referral systems and ensure timely follow-up and processing of referrals.
• Coordinate admission activities with hospitals, physicians, families, transportation providers, and facility departments.
• Prepare and complete admission documentation, including admission agreements and forms.
• Welcome new residents and coordinate their arrival and transition to the facility.
• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and reports.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and tours, and assist with events and outreach.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
