PACS is seeking an Admissions/Operations professional to lead the admissions process and drive census growth in Monroeville, AL. You will oversee daily admissions, coordinate with nursing, case management and physicians, and ensure compliant, streamlined intake for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee admissions processes and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions to achieve census goals and positive experience for residents and families.
• Direct daily Admissions Department operations within approved budget.
• Screen, admit and coordinate with medical and support staff.
• Verify insurance coverage and financial responsibility.
• Coordinate transportation and support services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and records.
