Job summary

Sapphire Care and Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions Assistant/Concierge to ensure the facility is prepared for new admissions and to promptly provide information to prospective residents and families. The role assists with admissions assessments and initial care conferences.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Central Intake, scheduling admissions, preparing rooms, greeting new residents, answering inquiries, and guiding tours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions with Central Intake and admissions team.
• Schedule admissions and notify required team members of expected admissions and needs.
• Prepare rooms, ensure readiness and necessary equipment, and create positive first impressions.
• Greet new admissions and answer questions.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Coordinate timely admission contract completion.
• Support census goals and maintain a census culture.
