Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands before procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document appropriately.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living activities.
