Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare admissions or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, providing detailed information about the admissions process.
• Manage and process all required admissions paperwork, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify eligibility and coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and related documentation.
• Provide tours of the facility and answer questions regarding services, accommodations, and activities.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure all resident care needs are met prior to admission.
• Serve as a liaison between families, prospective residents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth admissions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
