Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to help plan and implement resident programs in our Missouri community. The role supports activity development, calendar planning, performer coordination, and seminar delivery to enhance resident well-being.

The position includes driving residents to events and assisting them with boarding and exiting the community vehicle, requiring strong customer service and clear communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and 3+ years driving experience.
• Clear communication with residents, families and teammates.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional; able to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of resident activities.
• Support monthly calendar development, procure performers and seminars.
• Drive residents to events and help them board/exiting community vehicle.
