Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to plan and execute resident activities. You will assist in developing monthly calendars, arranging performers, and supporting seminars.

You will also drive residents to events and help them enter and exit the community vehicle. The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver''s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, family members, and team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Develop the monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist them entering and exiting the community vehicle.
