Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Affton, MO is seeking a part-time activities assistant to support the development, planning, and execution of resident activities.

You will help plan the monthly calendar, arrange performers, provide seminars, and assist residents to events and in and out of the community vehicle. Excellent communication, organization, and a customer-friendly approach are essential, along with a valid driver's license and at least three years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assist in developing the monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist them to enter and exit the community vehicle.
