Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to support resident programs and events. The role involves helping plan and execute activities, building the monthly calendar, and coordinating performer bookings to enhance resident life.

You will also provide transportation to events and assist residents with entering and exiting the community vehicle, while maintaining strong customer service and communication with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must communicate clearly with residents, families and team members.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience.
• Minimum age 21 and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist development, planning and execution of activities for residents.
• Assist in monthly calendar development, procure performers and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and help them enter/exit the community vehicle.
