Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated team member to support daily activities for residents in our community. The role emphasizes warm, person-centered interactions and dependable transportation assistance for event participation.

You will help coordinate activities, plan monthly calendars, coordinate performers, and maintain the resident library, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assisting the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events and assisting them to enter and exit the community vehicle.
