Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to support residents with daily life activities and optional programs. You will help create and execute monthly calendars, coordinate entertainers, and maintain the resident library while ensuring safe transportation to events.

Candidates should be at least 21, have a high school diploma, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, family members, and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and professional, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, planning, implementation and execution of activities for residents.
• Develop monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist them with entering/exiting the community vehicle.
