Job summary

Harvard-Gardens-Rehabilitation- is seeking an Activity Aide to carry out the daily activity program, lead groups, and engage residents in meaningful activities across the building.

You will support outings, provide one-to-one engagement, and ensure documentation of participation in the resident record, while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Lead group activities per the calendar.
• Provide one-to-one engagement to residents who can't join groups.
• Escort residents safely to and from activities.
• Document participation in the resident record.

Responsibilities

• Lead group activities (exercise, crafts, music, games, cognitive stimulation).
• Provide one-to-one engagement to residents, including residents with advanced dementia.
• Escort residents to and from activities safely.
• Set up and break down activity spaces; maintain supplies.
• Document participation in the resident record.
