Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older for position.
• Preferably 1 year of activity experience in a skilled nursing or medical facility.
• Must meet general health requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and treat everyone kindly and professionally.
• Outstanding written, verbal, organizational and time management skills.
• Proven customer service or other professional maturity training or experience.
• Works collaboratively and independently, following procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists in effectively planning and conducting resident activities.
• Maintains activities calendar as required by Supervisor.
• Promotes resident participation in activities.
• Provides timely and accurate resident assessments and progress notes as assigned.
• Works with all departments to promote the best possible care.
